COVID-19 CHECK-IN CARD NOW AVAILABLE

There is now an easier option to check-in safely to businesses without a smart phone. Service NSW is issuing the COVID-19 Check-in cards which can presented to a staff member at COVID-safe businesses who is able to scan it to record your visit electronically. 


Member for Cootamundra Steph Cooke says this system removes the struggles of checking in for those who don’t own a smart phone. 

“Now every person has the opportunity to check-in to businesses quickly and effectively,” Ms Cooke said. 

The cardholder’s contact details will be securely stored within the QR code on the card, making it safe and easy for NSW Health.  


You can register for a COVID-19 check-in card by calling service NSW on 13 77 88 or via the Service NSW website. 


You have the option to either choose to download and print your COVID-19 check-in card or have a plastic card mailed to you.
